PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: 2026-10-22
This Privacy Policy describes how Hisense International Co., Ltd ("Operator," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and otherwise processes information in connection with the official website located at https://www.hisense.com/eg , including its related webpages that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Website"). The Website provides company, brand and product information. It does not provide user registration, membership accounts, or direct online sales or payments.
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If a different privacy notice is presented when information is collected, that notice will supplement this Privacy Policy and will control to the extent of any conflict.
Article 1 — Scope
I. Application. This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Website and to communications or requests initiated through the Website.
II. Excluded services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to independently operated third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services accessible from the Website. Separate online stores, connected products, applications and recruitment portals, where applicable, are governed by their own privacy notices.
Article 2 — Information We Collect
I. Information provided directly by you. You do not need to disclose your name or contact details to browse the Website. If you contact us via the company service telephone number listed in the Contact Us section, or through the privacy contact in Article 15, we may process the information you voluntarily provide to handle your enquiry or request.
II. Presentation of the Website and log data. We use hosting, content delivery network (CDN) and other technical service providers, including Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service, to display Website content, support loading performance and maintain the Website. When you access the Website, your browser automatically transmits technical information needed to request and receive content. Depending on the service and request, this information may include:
A. Request information. Date and time of access; IP address and country inferred from it; browser and operating-system information; request identifier; Website hostname; requested URL, path or query parameters; referring page; and HTTP method and protocol version.
B. Technical response information. Files accessed; response status and content type; data volume; cache information; CDN location; response time; and related error or security-filter information.
C. Technical records. Some of this technical information is recorded in request or access logs to support Website delivery and operation, diagnose faults and investigate security incidents. IP addresses and other technical information may qualify as personal information under applicable law.
III. Operational telemetry. Where Adobe operational telemetry is enabled, it collects sampled information about page loading and performance, such as the Website hostname, simplified device/browser category, processed timestamp, page and referrer URLs without query parameters, a random page-view identifier, loading or interaction events, and performance measurements. This telemetry is used to diagnose Website functionality and performance issues. This telemetry follows Adobe's standard design, which aims to avoid collecting personally identifiable information and to prevent identification of individual visitors or tracking across pages. It does not persist visitor IP address. We do not use additional visitor analytics, advertising, targeting, personalisation or online data-submission tools on the Website.
IV. Required information. Technical information necessary to request and deliver a page is transmitted when you browse the Website. Without it, the page or relevant functionality may not be available. Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without information needed to handle your request.
