Ltd., together with its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, parent companies, insurers, successors and assigns (collectively, “Hisense”), does not provide a guarantee, within the meaning of section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR, c. P‑40.1) and sections 79.18 to 79.20 of the Regulation respecting the application of the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR, c. P‑40.1, r. 3), regarding the ongoing availability of replacement parts, repair services, or information required for the maintenance or repair of products that are manufactured, imported, distributed, advertised or sold by Hisense. Depending on the specific product category and brand, Hisense may nonetheless make available certain repair options, parts, or product services through its network of authorized service centres or customer support channels. Such services remain subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set out in the applicable manufacturer’s limited warranty.
