Please Note: Hisense refrigerators have a 5-year warranty on their sealed systems. If a qualified technician identifies a compressor failure, submit the following to initiate an exchange or reselection under our SEALED SYSTEM WARRANTY PROGRAM: your refrigerator's serial number (SN), purchase receipt, address, phone number, and a copy of the technician's inspection report. Keep a copy of the technician's report for your records.
