In Hisense, staff average 32 years of age. The middle-ranked managers average 35 years of age and the R&D workers average 30 years of age. 5% of the staff have master degree and 34% of the staff have bachelor degree.

Through the rigid recruitment process of screening, quality assessment, english test, written test and interview, Hisense recruits 500 some excellent graduates from well-known universities nationwide and 300 plus talents from the public every year.

The training can be divided into four sectors of HLP (leadership training program), HCP (viewpoint of value training program), HPP (professional training program) and HTP (universal training program). Each year, over hundred courses will be launched and more than RMB 30 million will be appropriated as training fee. The number of staff receiving training will be as many as 11,000.

Based on the principle of “Salary for Position, Salary for Performance , Salary for Person and Salary for Market”, Hisense established a salary structure and mid to long term inspiration system giving full consideration to fairness and external competition. In addition, Hisense established a performance-based assessment and review system to evaluate staff performance; identify defects; enhance growth, and help the staff share the achievements of Hisense’s rapid growth.

Hisense will further its cause to cultivate global-oriented talent in a bid to establish a professional team composed of people of various skin colors, languages and nationalities so as to construct Hisense into a transnational company.
